Calliandra inaequilatera, as the leaves look like the one Iam familiar with. There are many varieties, this one folds it's leaves like a prayer plant at night or if cut from the main plant.

Don is correct. It is one of the Calliandra flower varieties. The common name is Pink Powderpuff. This is not a shrub, but a blooming tree. Unique to me.
