small white flower.plant is unbrella-like

The closest thing I can guess at this is that it may be some kind of sandwort, but I can't find any match for the flower and the foliage. All the flowers have 5 petals and on some plants 1 of the petals seems smaller than the others. Some plants have a very distinctive shape like the ribs of an umbrella.

Lycopus nailed it in your other thread (assuming it is the same plant -appears to be.)
