Looks like Miner's Lettuce (Claytonia perfoliata) in the baby stage.

Definitely not Claytonia perfoliata. Looks like a weedy Asteraceae, as suggested.
Have you seen it flower? Is it rhizomatous, i.e. if you dig up a plant, is it linked to other plants by the roots?

I looked at several images on google and I don't think it is cudweed. As for the other plant, I have that in my yard but it is not the one I was asking about.

maylingsmom, cudweed is the name for the plant that garden2garden posted, not YOURS. By the way, can you post an updated picture of yours? It might have be better recognized now that it is older.
