Sorry, but there isn't sufficient information in the picture to id the plant. There are numerous white flowered members of the Apiaceae and without some greater detail there's no way of know which this one is. We need to see flowers close up, leaves and stems. An idea of height would help too.Queen Anne's Lace is a common name covering various different plants in the same family.
Also could you state where it is in Italy? The flora differs across the country from Alpine meadows to rocky sun parched hillsides. And the type of ground. Dry? damp?
From what I can see of the leaves so far Aegopodium podagraria is a possibility.
could be wild hemlock...early for QAL here but don't know about Italy.
