Viper motors

perrymk(8)December 29, 2009

I saw some small yard implements using Viper engines. An earth auger, a mini tiller, etc. As far as I can tell, it's made by Ardisam/Earthquake. I can't tell where though.

Is this a Made in USA engine?

If not I can find less expensive equipment. I don't mind paying a little extra for Made in USA or for better quality.

Thanks for any info.

Very likely a Chinese engine. Ardisam is a U.S. company with entry level products. Some are good, some not so good.
