What kind of draping plant is this

Hello. I saw this draping plant this past weekend in Colorado. It is the green and white draping plant in the photo. The leaves are green and white and on the smaller side and it drapes like a hoya plant. I have not seen this with the smaller leaves before in green and white.

It looks like a variegated Vinca major
