is this echinacea?

It's growing right next to the long-standing Echinacea in the flower garden but it seems to grow about twice as fast. The leaves are similar but more deeply serrated. The stems are similar but grow in a more dense patch and are dark red.

Do I pull it or let it flower?

Yes, that is most definitely Echinacea
