Perhaps Spiraea japonica. ' Anthony Waterer' is one cultivar.

and i am thinking.. it will rarely if ever be that color in your garden ...

so if that is your only defining variable for wanting it ... you might want to rethink that ...

in other words .... its a camera trick ... its too deep a shade of cerise ... boy. never worked that into a sentence before.. lol ...

the garden color will be more like the top flowers.. washed out by the sun ...

i dont want you coming back here in 5 years.. complaining ... lol

otherwise.. the spirea are nice plants ...
