Growing in the North Eastern area of San Diego county. Not sure on age and if its been cared for. Any ideas would be appreciated! Thanks!

For a Brachychiton of the height this one appears to be, at least 5m, I would expect a much more pronounced trunk. It could be one of the non-pachyform species, I suppose but I don't think are too common in cultivation, as the bottle trunk is what they are generally grown for
