lemon/basil scent

gray53(8a GA metro Atlanta)May 8, 2013

I was given these seeds and told that they were lemon balm or lemon verbena, although they don't look much like either one. They taste/smell lemony and spicy, like basil. The seedlings were indistinguishable from basil planted at the same time, until they grew several sets of leaves. I grew the seedlings in a greenhouse, so they are somewhat leggy.
