Sounds way too good to be true it? If not which one is the best?

All the grasses I know of grow and grow. Some grow faster than others and need to be mowed less frequently. Those are the ones they call "no mow." Look for a dwarf variety of the grass you want. For example Marathon, Marathon II, and Marathon III are all dwarf varieties of fescue.

We used NoMowGrass from Http://
It grows about 4 inches here.

We had some weed control to do the first year and they recommend cutting it once a year to help thicken it.

I couldn't be happier with the low maintenance!
