OMG! They are so beautiful! AWESOME photographs, FTM! Fantastic how they posed just *perfectly* for you! :-)
Dial-up is SO slow today! I got the first 3 pics of Grizzer open, and he's beautiful, FTM! I'll try for the rest (and other posts) later, because I really want to see them all! :)
brenda, is there a way i can make it easier for you?
you would be amazed at how many pics i had to delete b/c of how rarely they stayed still! my camera blurrs uthe image with the motion from the subject. grrrr. haven't figure out a way around that yet, except by doing video.
these pics are taken through the glass viewing area at the center.
Here is a link that might be useful: wolf logs, my weekly fix!
No, there's no way you can make it easier, FTM. I just need to make some time to view those, because they sound like they're incredible pics! And I just wanted to tell you thanks for sharing, too! :)
Fairy, those pics are so amazing! You're so lucky!
thanks, mary! i actually met some people from maryland while i was there.
Oh FTM they are so gorgeous. I love how loyal wolves are. They are truly beautiful. I hate it that they have such a bad rap. How lucky for you, that you got to see them so close. Most of us will only get to see them from TV, zoo, or pages of a magazine. Thanks for the bump up :-)---------bonnie
you're welcome! these wolves are socialized so that the are more tolerant of people. it helps with the educational program. however, there is no physical contact. these pics were taken from a viewing window. sometimes they get right up there and you are within a few feet!
wolves are loyal in ways, but they are also survivors and will test each other.
