Tree ID please

Tulip poplar, I believe.

I agree. It is a tree I would have if my neighbor did not have one for me to enjoy. His has above average yellow fall color which is somewhat unusual for the species.

The flower is IMO one of the best looking on any tree.

These get big though. If you have a spot move it there in the fall!
