Looks like Rose of Sharon and Queen Anne's lace. Both non-native plants. The Queen Anne's lace has naturalized quite a bit.

first one is a perennial hibiscus if the flowers are really big (like 5 inches or more in diameter). Second is queen anne's lace... aka wild carrot
