Amongst the thousands of quotes out there and many, many topics, there are almost none on privacy. Is this because previous generations took it for granted, or is it that it never really existed.

My Mom was always on high alert fot gv'mnt, religious groups, the powerful in general, taking away our freedoms little by little, because we really were a herd of sheep in so many ways, she'd say.
She passed away in '84, still ranting about how stupid we were to let ANYone get away with that----esp. concerning book censorship.
