We recently moved into our house. My husband brought in this berry & leaf from a tree out back. It's about 15 ft tall & tucked in with a birch & pine tree. The tree is full of these berries.
I thought so!
Thank you so much for the quick response & confirming it for me.
Now I need to look for some good recipes for when they are ready. Probably jelly. We have an old crabapple tree too. It's going to be a fun season!
I read that there are a couple different kinds of mulberries, do you know if it's a "white" or "purple". (What I read said the white ones aren't always white, sometimes light purple)
White mulberry (Morus alba) matures to red-purple or purple-black and that is likely what it is. It isn't red mulberry (Morus rubra).

Also white and pink.
Morus alba, White Mulberry, is native to Asia and is considered invasive in various parts of the US:
Morus rubra is native to eastern North America.
