Used to be bright yellow

This summer flower has finished it's bloom. Would love to know what it is andis the dried up part the seed to the flower?

Looks like achillea. (yarrow).

If the seed head is mature, seeds should drop out if you tap it up and down (upside down) on a sheet of paper.
