A combined age of 151

Because it's a dark and stormy night, the linked story AND photos are a slug of reality to intrude on our memories of spring and summers of our youth.

As well as two movies much loved (The Sting and Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kid).

Here is a link that might be useful: Car racing kinder than sun....

I guess we all have to grow whether we like it of not.

These two were always favorites of mine.

Ann, I can't think of two movies I could enjoy sitting and watching more - and thanks for the link. I did see Paul Newman on one of the late night talk shows this year, and I thought he looked darned good for 81. And he is still so witty and charming. When dared to live up to his claim that his Newman's Own dog food was prepared only with the best ingredients, he actually ate a spoonful of it on camera with that famous twinkle in his eye. Gotta love him! (Still!)

Hey I think they still look great. And more importantly, they seem to be really socially responsible and nice people. I also loved those movies. Maybe I will watch them this weekend!
