Plant ID (center of Tunisia)

RamlaJuly 15, 2013

Could you please help me identifying this plant?

It was collected yesterday?
It grows in clumps on hills located in the center of Tunisia.
The leaves have a very strong and disagreeable odor.
When pulled, a kind of glue is felt on the hands.

Could be a Cistus. They are aromatic and sticky.
