This plant grows pretty tall has small blue/purple flowers attracts many insects.

It could be Callicarpa sp, it'd help if you told where and when the photo was taken.

there is a nice large pic if you click on the image.

I could see that those are purplish flowers at the end of a shoot, not berries, perhaps of the bean family.

Definitely not Callicarpa, the flowers of which are kind of more subtle and grow along the branch

floral_uk thanks for the id I googled this name to get more information and it is exactly what I have, this plant attracts butterflies, bees, humming birds besides looking beautiful.
