Green Weed

This thick succulent-like weed is taking over my lawn. In the fall, it leaves seeds that look like fat caraway seeds. I've sprayed Weed n Feed and it seems to work, but comes right back. Any ideas about what it is, AND how to get rid of it?

It reproduces from stem fragments (for example, after mowing) and rhizomes.

Nasty stuff.

Here's a site that advocates mowing high and just pulling the diodia whenever you see it:
