That is gorgeous!
How wonderful to wake up and see that!
Boy, I think I need to get more rocks.
Do you have a lot of trees around the pond? Not in the pic?
I see you have alot of shade plants in your pond.
Thanks for sharing.
Beautiful and lush, I love the chipmunk, How do you post more than one picture????
Thank you frankielynn and butterfly...
Yes we have very big oaks, if you look closely at
the pics with grass you'll see some sun spots reflected
on the lawn that made it through the trees.
here is a video from last June, you can see splotches of
sunlight on the lawn-- that made it through the trees.
oops, here is the direct link...
Here is a link that might be useful: Max by the pond June 2012
frankielynn, I can't post more than one at a time...I'm currently using a
iPad. I just keep opening a new post...
I just took this five minutes ago.
The rock has a hole in it. I put sunflowers seeds and bread in it
for the birds...the Chipmunk raids it constantly.
Tap on the photo if you're using a tablet to make the pix bigger ...or use
your mouse if your using a computer.
Butterfly, I aimed up and took this pic to show the big trees.
i love how whimsical it is! just gorgeous!
Cliff & Joann, Oh, it's wonderful to see a post from you again. Thanks for the lovely pictures.
Thanks grrr and Pashta,
I was hoping everyone is not sick of seeing my pix.
Here are the kids...:)
They are amazing top swimmers, and very people friendly.
Does the white fish on the left have his head above water?
yes! :) that's one of Silver's babies ...she shimmies up on the rocks too.
I blew it up for you...I have another of Silver shimmying up on the rocks
with just her tail in the water, I'll post it next.
this is the cropped one of Silver.
Here are the tuberous begonias, they're still doing well...
We seem to have less squirrels this year. For some reason
they like to dig in these pots.
we have four tuberous begonias, two large indoor ferns, and two
small indoor birds nest ferns hanging from the front of the pergola.
Everything is doing great.
Wish I had the room & oh yea the "Ca$h" for a pond like that
deth, it a complete DIY pond, not expensive.
Even the filter system was inexpensive to build.
