Yellow Flower with Mimosa -Like Leaves

babcia(6B)July 28, 2008

This just started blooming. I thought it was a mimosa tree and I was going to pull it out. Because of the heat I didn't get to it and today I noticed these pretty yellow flowers.

Can anyone ID it?
