skinny mystery tree

i like it, but it's on the south side of my property, taking sunlight from my veggies, so i might move it, or cut it. what is it?

It's not alianthus - I alas have several of those.
It does indeed look like Gymnocladus dioicus, which is a special and rare tree - and is not supposed to live in or near Toronto, but it seems it does. Thanks
