Common weed

Wondering about the grass like plant with the pink flowers. It is everywhere! Happily, the chickens love it. Also, what is the variegated plant, perhaps an eounymus?

Is the pink one Kiss Me Over The Garden Gate? If the chickens like it it's probably not getting very tall, but it can. Gorgeous fuschia flowers. My seed didn't come up this year. Has LOTS of seeds.

That looks like Persicaria longiseta (Oriental Lady's-thumb) to me.
