I found this indoor plant at a home in Vancouver, BC. It has a long thick arm down then open up another similar bush hanging down. Any information such as name, where to buy etc.. are greatly appreciate

Looks like one of the beefsteak begonias.

Begonia 'Erythrophylla.'
This particular begonia spreads by rhizome so you can lop off the "arm" and propagate it by shallowly burying it in a well aerated medium. Keep humid but not soggy.
