Anyone know what this is?

You're probably tiring of my questions, but this forum is wonderful for newbies like me!

This is growing in mostly shade. It is a couple feet tall.

I *think* this May be the same plant with blooms. 3-4 feet tall.

I believe the two photos are of different plants. The first is a sunflower.

Definitely two separate plants. The first I don't know but I don't think it's a sunflower. The second looks like Lysimachia ciliata.
