How about this ground cover?

I think this is a variegated English ivy, Hedera helix "Variegata".

Watch out for this to revert to species (you can see some of this happening in the center of the planting bed). Larger leaves and solid green. If allowed to persist, this will overwhelm the variegated form and take over. English ivy is a highly invasive species in the PNW and, other than the fancy leafed forms, seldom sold or planted. I don't even recommend planting the fancy leaved types other than in containers as they so often revert and start creating problems.

They don't have to revert to make a patch. It's all ivy.
