Common chicory and ?

In Brooklyn, near the water. The blue flowers look like common chicory.

Any ideas for the white flowers?

Without seeing the leaves and a look at the base of the flowers it isn't possible to be certain. But Daucus carota seems a good candidate.

Woodstea, perhaps they have an affinity for each other?

These are commonly seen roadside in combination during summer even over here in Portland, Oregon. Random vacant lots, no deliberate planting.
