ID help pls.

I m trying to ID few plants growing in the field (future gardens, I hope).

Is this some kind of willow?
There are few, some growing in grassy area, some on prop. line which is pretty wet (mostly on neighbour's side).
Bushy, not very tall (tallest perhaps 4').

And what is that round, grayish 'thing' - fruit, or perhaps a gall?
