This is growing in my back yard. Its about 6ft tall and 6ft wide. It sort of weeps... The branches grow in an arched pattern. It has one red bud on it that I can see. Do you know what it is?

It is some sort of rose....the red "bud" is one of last season' hips or the fruit that forms on most species roses. It looks pretty shrubby but impossible to tell exactly what rose it might be without flowering.
