Any clue what this plant is?!

AlexdrisaldiAugust 14, 2014

I have a few of these popping up randomly in my yard. This one is well over 9 feet tall. I have no clue what they are and haven't had any luck on my Internet searches. The leaves all close up after sunset, and they grow VERY quickly. Thanks for any help.

Something like Sesbania herbacea. If so, there should be yellow flowers in a couple of weeks.
