What is this vine?

My mother in law gave me seeds almost a decade ago. It dies in the winter at least to the ground. Some winters including this one the outside seeds are viable. Other years it only grows from the seeds I overwintered in the fridge. Hummingbirds love it this year. This is the most it has ever grown. Guess our normal temps and relative lack of rain this summer are to its liking.
