Ornamental Grass

I found these fallen to the ground at a garden shop recently, ornamental grass that has a bulb that stays above the soil level. no labels or anything to give identity just curious if anyone could point me in the right direction for care.

Sorry I live in New England. But I'm pretty sure this is meant to be indoors and is not native to the area
