Shrub Identification

icebird28(7 (8A))April 15, 2012

Hi all,

Bought a house and while I'm familiar with flowers, annuals, perennials, there are several shrubs that I'm not sure what they are.

Was wondering, if I took some pics, some of you could tell me what they are before I decide to hack them down and replace them with something more interesting.

Let me know and I'll start taking pics.

Thanks,

Michael

Good pictures often result in proper identification.

And if you post some good images in the 'Name That Plant' forum, a prompt identification is almost guaranteed. Try in both places, if you like.

Dear icebird 28 Dallas,
Yawn, and double yawn. If you've already judged the shrubs boring, why don't you simply go ahead and remove them. Replace them with something you find interesting and don't worry about what the existing, uninteresting plants are. Yucca is interesting, formidable but interesting.
