seeds for growing Sebastiana pavoniana (jumping beans)

jagasianSeptember 27, 2013

I am interested in growing the bush that mexican jumping beans come from, i.e., the bush Sebastiana pavoniana. The only problem is that I am not able to locate a seller of viable seeds. The only seeds available on the internet are infected with the parasite that causes the seeds to jump and hence makes them incapable of growing a new plant. Does anybody know where to aquire viable seeds, cuttings, or seedlings?
