Ginkgo seeds

What's the best way to germinate them?

Also, I did shell one of three seeds because the shell was already cracked. Can this one sprout, too? It still seems pretty plump and fleshy.

The craked nut will germinate IF!!!!!!!!
1 given a 2 month treatment at 70F THEN a 2 month treatment at 40F......THEN......
Lightly cover the seedsoil temp 65-75F for 30-60 days
Reeamber the sexes are seporate & will take ABOUT 25 years to flower the first time
