I love this shrub but I can not remember its name. The blue flowers are gorgeous.

Looks like Vitex a gnus castus, which is just coming into bloom here in the SF Bay Area.

Yep, chaste tree is Vitex agnus-castus! Monrovia terms 'Shoal Creek' an 'improved cultivar' but that may be because it has improved their bottom line. They do not describe its particular attributes. Since most people are attracted to this plant by the color of the flowers, I'll guess that 'Shoal Creek' has even better color than the others.
