Hakuro Nishiki

lucille(Houston)July 16, 2014

I purchased three seedlings of Hakuro Nishiki. They are only about a foot tall. When they arrived, they were all green, no variegation. Is that normal, with they show variegation later?

Maybe a rooting?
In any case, will it start variegating once it is planted outdoors?
