Could you ID this NA native wildflower?

Found plenty of these little gems to be scattered across the northwest in fairly dry/arid conditions. I believe this photo was taken at a rest stop in Idaho. Anyone have an idea what it may be? Thanks in advance!

Possibly Alpine Sunflower, aka Old Man of the Mountain (Hymenoxys grandiflora) or one of its relatives.
