Can anyone identify this shrub like plant?

I posted this on perennial forum to. It is about 7' tall, the stalk is like a woody and it has yellow buttercup blooms that smell like lemon. There are 2 in pic.

From this distance it could be an Oenothera. But we do need a closer picture to be sure.
