orange like flower on tree/shrub?

I know its not a great picture or quality but can anyone ID it? It has orange flowers.

Your picture. We really need a closer view of leaves and flowers.

From what I can see in this picture it looks more like a vine on a support than a shrub. Maybe Campsis radicans or Tecoma?
