I have a stihl 200T that will start and run fine for about 5-10 minutes and then becomes hard to start or won't start at all. Any ideas???
Suggestions would include:
- Tank vent
- Air leak that gets worse as your engine warms up (boot, seals, gasket, etc.)
There may be other suggestions but those are the ones I can think of.
Rc: The one other thing other than what Mas from Ole Virginy has indicated could be a Weak Coil . Once the saw has run for a while does it begin to miss then stall out ? If you let the saw cool down 1/2 hour or so does it start right back up and repeat your observations once warmed up again ? If so I would think the Coil could be breaking down under load , which is not unusual with faulty coils.
