Cordless electric polesaw

tombob(z6IL)February 12, 2014

Anyone have any recommendations? I see various models ranging from 18 volt to 40 volt.

One that looked to be a heavy-duty model, a new model by Oregon which won't be released until April 1. They are pretty pricey, over $400+.

I don't have any experience with a Cordless electric pole saw.

But I do use a lot of cordless tools like drills, saws, and impact wrenches.

I like the higher voltage much, much better. They have more torque and go longer without recharing in my experience. They are Dewalt.

The higher voltage equipment is heavier if weight is a consideration.

I hope that helps!
