Need user guide for Lowes rear tine tiller 95220. Why is there 2 spots for oil fill. Do I put oil or transmission fuild?

It would be best to post the make and model# from the ID tag. It is not unusual for an engine to have 2 separate oil fills. It is done this way so access is easy given the application the engine is installed on. So if the plug is in the engine block, use engine oil. Normally SAE 30.
