Free shed advice!
Figger out how big you think it should be--then double, or triple the measurements! A shed is never too big, as you will discover if you go too small!
Put one or two things in it, and the durned thing will shrink! BT-DT! Sage advice from Rusty Jones, The Mower Man!

Electric and running water with gravel pit for drain is a big plus. If you want those, might be better to do it now.
