Might be a Sweet William.

"dumped them in my raised bed" - Now that wasn't very smart was it??

Haha probably not but, that bed is just full of extras so I can pick and choose what goes where. (Also I always split my new plants and put a division there) so I usually have replacements: )

I second Kevin's opinion--looks like sweet William/Dianthus barbatus. It's a biennial--will have foliage the first year, bloom the second, then die OR (if you're lucky) bloom again the following year before dying.

Sucks that it's a biennial. But I'm still going to enjoy it this year!

They can behave as short lived perennials in some climates.
