Well it is not a plant I have ever seen in person, only on the Name That Plant and internet pictures. The basal rosette of many plants has different shaped leaves from the flowering stems. However, I suggest you repost on the Name That Plant Forum where there are people who have a greater knowledge of N American flora than I.

I have never known the name of this plant but it is the exact WEED I pull out in the spring....those basal leaves always look like they are going to be "something", but no.
