Can anyone tell me what type of tree this is?

looks like a pine that was severely storm damaged..

but it is really hard to focus on the needles/leaves with that pic ... can you get closer??? .. pic of leaves and trunk ...

shall we presume it is in NJ ... or is that bermuda????
