Kudos to Echo Canada
I want to tell the world that I had a very positive experience calling Echo Canada to look for authorized service centres for warranty work. I got a real person who was able to answer some of my questions and happily passed me along to another real person who gave me the info I needed. Wow. No press 1 for this, 2 for that (no option given to answer my query) -- a very helpful person instead. Remember the days when this wouldn't have been unusual?
